SFH 2240D Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is necessary to place the photodiodes into 2-SMD, No Lead packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 16V voltage per photodiode.
