PDU-C111Q Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-8 Hermetic packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 30V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 30V continuously in reverse-bias mode. A photodiode occurs even at 10nA current without light input.
