PDB-V216C Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk for protection. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Array - 16 Element packages in order to protect them from damage. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 50V voltage. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 50V for the photodiodes. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 1nA.
