PDB-V104 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 75V. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 75V for the photodiodes. The photodiode will operate at 150pA current even in the absence of light input.
