SXUV300C Overview
It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 25V in continuous reverse-bias mode. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 25V in reverse-bias mode. There are 4 pins on the photodiodes. When photodiodes operate, they should not be subjected to temperatures higher than 40°C. The minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes, however, should be set to -10°C.
