PDB-C152SMF Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 1206 (3216 Metric) packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 50V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 50V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Photodiodes need a breakdown voltage of 100V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 2nA current.
