PDR-V468 Overview


To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 100V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 100V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 10pA current.
