PDB-C144 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Tray to prevent damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into Axial packages. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 50V. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 50V continuously. When photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 80°C. However, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum temperature of -40°C. Photodiodes exhibit 2nA current even in the absence of light input.
