OP910 Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46 packages. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 60V should be maintained for the photodiodes. During a circuit, the photodiodes could release 250mW heat. As long as the photodiodes were reverse-biased, they could supply the voltage 60V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 1nA current.
