There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at NOT SPECIFIED. The supervisor is always powered by a 3.5V volt supply. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. A total of 3 pins are located on this power management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. As you can see, this IC power comes from the well-known S-808xxC series of products.
