DS1813-15+T Overview
Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. IC management is packaged as a TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be NOT SPECIFIED. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Through Hole type of mounting. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. It is always advisable to use DS1813, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. As the name implies, this supervisor is a kind of the famous EconoReset series product line.
