S-1009C14I-N4T1U Overview
There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. As you can see, this IC power comes from the well-known S-1009 series of products.
