S-1000C21-M5T1U Overview
As you can see, this power management is mounted through 5 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. A supply voltage of 1.2V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known S-1000 series product line.
