ZRC400Y02STOB Overview
It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt.The 2 terminations have a variety of functions.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 4.096V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.Temperatures above 85°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.A voltage of 4.096V is output.
