XC17V01SO20C Overview
FPGA uses a neat 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Packaging outside of Tube.Licensed to operate in 0°C~70°C.OTP is the program that allows it to be programmed.There is a voltage of 3V~3.6V applied to the device.There is a memory device mounted in Surface Mount.A maximum of 1Mb bytes of data can be stored.Try searching "XC17V01" for more parts.3.3V is the voltage it requires as a supply.Different functions can be assigned to 20 terminations.This memory device can be used with a maximum voltage of 3.6V.FPGA is essential that a minimum voltage of 3V be supplied to the device in order for FPGA to function.An example of a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip can be seen in the picture below.The temperature should be kept below 225 in reflow soldering.FPGA has 20 pins.With the help of SERIAL-processing, data is sent through this memory.An operating voltage of 0.015mA is allowed for the memory chip.Parts come with 20 pins.There is a memory IC in this package that works at 15MHz frequencies.The memory's I/O is configured as COMMON.Prior to the use of the part in a circuit, it is recommended that users apply the 3.3V to the part so that the part will run as safely and reliably as possible.
