XC17S20PD8I Overview
FPGA uses a nice 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package that makes FPGA easy to use.External packaging of type Tube.-40°C~85°C license holder.This device can be programmed using OTP.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 4.5V~5.5V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered.I have mounted this memory device in Through Hole.Data storage is limited to a size of 200kb bytes.Look for "XC17S20" for other related parts.Supply voltage 5V is required.There are different functions that can be applied on the 8 axis when it comes to terminating.This memory device can be used with a maximum voltage of 5.5V.An operating voltage of 4.5V is required in order to supply the device.An example of a MEMORY CIRCUIT memory chip can be seen in the picture below.In this case, it has 8 pins.An operating voltage of 0.01mA is allowed for the memory chip.Parts come with 8 pins.I would like to mention that this is a memory IC that will be able to work at a 10MHz frequency, so I will mention that.A COMMON configuration is used for the memory's I/O.The use of a 5V power supply is recommended in order to achieve best results.
