PCF8563T Description
A calendar and Real-Time Clock (RTC) for CMOS1 with low power consumption is the PCF8563. There is also a voltage-low detector, an interrupt output, and a programmable clock output. A two-line bidirectional bus is used to transfer all addresses and data in serial fashion. I 2C-bus. The 400 kbit/s bus speed limit applies. Each time a data byte is written or read, the register address is immediately increased.
