SJM200BCA01 Overview
As the electronic part is packed in CDIP, international shipping is convenient. Datasheets for 14 pin functions are available upon request. Multiplexers should not be powered above 36V in normal situations. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 13V. Despite this switch device's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 22V. It is recommended that you attach at least 7V to your dual power supply. Temperatures above 125°C degrees Celsius should not be operated by the multiplexer. A analog switch ics with 2 outputs is included.
