optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. The space-saving PowerPAK® MLP55-27 package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~105°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 20kHz~2MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 3A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 55V for this voltage regulator 12v. A voltage of 50.6V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. By using the 50.6V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily. In the microBUCK® family, this part palys an important role in DC DC switching regulator's traget applications.
