DG444DY-T1 Overview


The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Surface Mount. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. In total, there are 16 terminations. There are 16 pins injected into the electronic part body. The analog switch ics are built using SPST - NC switching circuits. It has an internal resistance of 85Ohm. The functions of 16 pins can be found in the datasheets. There is a standard Multiplexer or Switches analogue multiplexer here. In normalcircumstances, users should not exceed 36V volts for the multiplexer. Dual, Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. 13V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. A digital multiplexer may suffer damage if voltage is applied above 1μA. There's no problem with dual supply voltage for this switch device. However, it shouldn't exceed 22V.
