DG417LDY-T1 Overview


Packed in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. An electrical component of this type can be found in the 8 series. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPST - NC switching circuits. This digital multiplexer has 20Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 8 pins functions. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 12V. A cost-effective Dual, Single supply type analogue multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 2.7V. If put voltage greater than 1μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 6V. You should attach at least 3V voltage if you are using dual power supply. The electrical component supports 1 inputs.
