RO200SF1D202 Overview
To protect the linear position measuring sensors from damage, they are packaged in 200 packages. Angle position measuring sensors can be kept at -55°C by setting the minimum operating temperature. It is, however, not possible for angle position measuring sensors to operate above 125°C. Sensors for linear position measuring can oppose the passage of currents that are 2kOhm.
