ECS78RSA103 Overview
To ensure the angle position measuring sensors are operating properly, the minimum operating temperature can be set to -55°C. Sensors for angle position measurement cannot operate above 125°C. A linear position sensor is capable of opposing the passage of currents of 10kOhm. It has pins 4 for measuring linear position.
