ECS78PBA502 Overview
In order to ensure the angle position measuring sensors function normally, you can set the minimum operating temperature to -55°C. Sensors that measure angle position cannot operate at temperatures greater than 125°C. The linear position measurement sensors can resist the passage of 5kOhm currents.
