VOT8121AM-VT Description
The VOT8121AM is a board space-saving small flat SOP-4 package containing a GaAs IRLED optically linked to a photosensitive TRIAC. To regulate resistive, inductive, or capacitive loads, such as motors, solenoids, high current thyristors or TRIAC, and relays, the VOT8121AM separates low-voltage logic from 120 VAC, 240 VAC, and 380 VAC lines.
