Designed to protect these photodiodes against damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). The photodiodes are put into 2-SMD packages for safety protection. A continuous voltage of 60V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes have a pin count of 2. A circuit containing photodiodes might release 215mW heat. The reverse anode voltage for the photodiodes should be 60V. Current must flow across a photodiode at 1V voltage. As a result of reverse-bias, the photodiodes are able to supply 60V. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 1nA electrical current.
