Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 20V in continuous reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 20V. Photodiodes have a pin count of 2. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 10pA even without light input.
