A reverse voltage of 1kV is reasonable.In this device, there is an average rectified current of 1A volts.Forward current may not exceed 1A.Surge currents are limited to 30A.In some cases, the device could display a value of 17pF depending on the capacitance.A data chart shows that the peak reverse is 10μA in the datasheets.
