Phase diode rectifier is reasonable to reverse the voltage to 1kV.The average rectified current for this device is 1.5A volts.When the forward current reaches 1.5A, it is allowed.Having a current rating of 1.5A means it can carry the maximum current an indefinite period without deterioration.Surge currents are limited to 50A.This device can deliver 16pF values depending on the capacitance.Datasheets indicate that the peak reverse is 1μA.
