MCL4151-TR Overview
Reverse leakage current is maximally zero volts with this device.Devices like this have an average rectified current of 200mA volts.Forward current may not exceed 150mA.Its current rating is 150mA, which is the maximum current that a fuse will carry for an indefinite period without too much deterioration of the fuse element. Surge currents can be used up to 2A.Output current maximum is 0.15A.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 50nA, as shown in the data chart.
