Reverse leakage current from this device is 100μA volts at its maximum.Devices with this rating have an average rectified current of 10A volts.When the forward current reaches 10A, it is allowed.Phase diode rectifier is possible to use a surge current of maximum value 150A.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 15mA, as shown in the data chart.
