Basically, it is a TO-269AA, 4-BESOP package-type electronic component.There should be a monrectifieroring of the reverse leakage current and rectifier should not be allowed to exceed 5μA.A Surface Mount mounting method is used for the device.Operating at the temperature of -55°C~150°C TJ ensures its normal operation.Monitor surge current and prevent it from exceeding 35A.Having an output current of 500mA allows for maximum design flexibility.
