KBU8D-E4/51 Overview
There are no pins on rectifier.When the forward voltage is set to 8A, the device operates.Based on KBU8D, there are a number of related parts.Basically, it is a 4-ESIP, KBU package-type electronic component.Bridge rectifier is important to monBridge rectifieror the reverse leakage current and not allow Bridge rectifier to exceed 10μA.A Through Hole mounting method is used for the device.Its normal operation is ensured by operating at a temperature of -50°C~150°C TJ.There is a maximum output voltage of 6A that it can support.Monitor surge current and prevent it from exceeding 300A.Using a reverse voltage of 10μA, this device can be powered.
