GBPC608/1 Overview
In this device, the forward voltage is 6A.Electronic components in the 4-Square, GBPC-6 package are basically the same.The reverse leakage current must be monitored and should not exceed 0 volts.This device is mounted in the Through Hole position.At -55°C~150°C TJ, it operates normally.Monitoring surge current and not allowing it to exceed 175A is essential.Powering this device requires a peak reverse voltage of 5μA.The 6A output current provides maximum design flexibility.
