GBLA02-E3/51 Overview
There are no pins on rectifier. When the forward voltage is set to 4A, the device operates.Basically, it is a 4-SIP, GBL package-type electronic component.Monitoring of the reverse leakage current should be undertaken, and it must not exceed zero. There is no mounting method for the device.Keeping the temperature at -55°C~150°C TJ ensures normal operation.A maximum voltage of 3A can be supported by it.Surge current should be monitored and not be allowed to exceed 120A.For powering this device, there is a peak reverse voltage of 5μA.
