There are no pins on rectifier.Powered by a forward voltage of 4A, this device operates on a forward voltage of 4A.Electronic components in the 4-SIP, GBL package are basically the same.Reverse leakage current should be monitored and not allowed to exceed 5μA.Through Hole represents the mounting method.In order to ensure normal operation, the temperature must be set to -55°C~150°C TJ.The maximum output voltage of 3A can be supported by it.Monitor surge currents and limit them to zero.In order to power this device, there is a reverse voltage peak of 5μA.
