Phase diode rectifier is reasonable to reverse the voltage to 200V.In this device, there is an average rectified current of 500mA volts.A value of 1.2A is the maximum forward current that can be allowed.Surge currents can be used up to 30A.As indicated by the data chart in the datasheets, the peak reverse is 10μA.
