There will be no operation of this device when the forward voltage is set to 1.15V.The maximum output voltage can be set to 9A.Keeping the surge current under 150A and preventing it from exceeding it should be the rule.When the forward voltage is set to 18A, this device will operate.Array is powered by a reverse voltage peak of 10μA.
