BU1010-E3/51 Overview
There are no pins on rectifier. There is no forward voltage applied to this device. There are a number of related parts that can be identified using the base part number BU1010.Electronic components in the 4-SIP, BU package are basically the same.Reverse leakage current should be monitored and not allowed to exceed 5μA.There is no mounting method for the device.Temperatures below -55°C~150°C TJ ensure normal operation.Monitoring surge current and not allowing it to exceed 120A is essential. There is a peak reverse voltage of 5μA which is used to power this device.
