BAS381-TR Overview
A maximum reverse leakage current of 200nA volts is produced by this device.In this device, there is an average rectified current of 30mA volts.Forward current may not exceed 30mA.This fuse has a current rating of 30A, which is the maximum current that will not deteriorate the fuse element over a long period.Phase diode rectifier is possible to use a surge current of maximum value 500mA.Phase diode rectifier is possible to produce a maximum output current by setting the output current to 0.03A.Using the data chart, the peak reverse is 200nA in the datasheets.
