1N5625-TAP Overview
There is no reason to reverse the voltage at 400V.Devices with this rating have an average rectified current of 3A volts. When the forward current reaches 3A, it is allowed.Surge currents can be used up to 100A.A 40pF value can be delivered based on the capacitance.Using the output current as an example, 3A is the maximum value. In the datasheets, the peak reverse is 1μA, as indicated by the data chart.
