TFPT1206L1001KZ Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in 1206 (3216 Metric) packages. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). For PTC thermistors, -55°C should be the minimum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 150°C. This thermistor has 2 pins. During operation, PTC thermistors could supply 50V voltage. It should be possible for the thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating. These thermistors are rated for 50V voltage in DC circuits.
