TFPT0603L1500FM Overview
It is recommended that the PTC thermistors be packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages to prevent damage to them. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to ensure safety. Set the PTC thermistors to -55°C for a minimum operating temperature. Ensure that this thermistor does not operate at a temperature above 125°C for it to work properly. A thermistor with 2 pins is available. In order to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating, the thermistor should have a maximum carrying capacity of 0. A thermistor of this type should be able to supply 30V voltage when it is operational.
