PTFT0603L4700JV Overview
For protection, PTC thermistors are contained in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. To provide safety, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). In general, the PTC thermistors should be set to -55°C as their minimum operating temperature. A thermistor must not operate at temperatures exceeding 125°C in order for it to function properly. It is expected that the thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss will be 75mW.
