PTCSL03T121DB1E Overview
For protection, PTC thermistors are packaged in Disc, 4.0mm Dia x 3.0mm W packages. Packaged in the Bulk, these PTC thermistors are safe to handle. Using PTC thermistors at -40°C temperature should be their minimum operating temperature. There must not be an increase in temperature above 165°C for this thermistor to work. To ensure reliable performance, this thermistor should operate at a maximum voltage of 30V.
