To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in Disc, 4.0mm Dia x 3.0mm W packages. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). For PTC thermistors, -40°C should be the minimum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 165°C.
