NTCC300E4123FT Overview
Typically, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package. In order to make things easier, it is included in the package Die. A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±1% in order to operate. For reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -55°C~175°C. Temperatures of 175°C provide reliable operation of NTC thermistors. It's best to operate NTC thermistors at -55°C for reliability. The thermistors set their maximum power to 50mW. It is possible for NTC thermistors to operate at a maximum power dissipation of 50mW.
