Powered by a forward voltage of 6A, this device operates on a forward voltage of 6A.Electronic components in the 4-Square, BR-6 package are basically the same.A monitoring should be done of the reverse leakage current and it should not be allowed to exceed zero.Operating at the temperature of -65°C~125°C TJ ensures its normal operation.This device is capable of supporting the maximum output voltage of 6A.Monitor surge currents and limit them to zero.This device is powered by a peak reverse voltage of 10A.
