RA103J0Q-TR Overview
It is common to find NTC thermistors packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). In order to make it more convenient, it has been included in the package 0402. NTC thermistors are designed to operate reliably at temperatures below 125°C. In order to preserve reliability, NTC thermistors should not be operated at temperatures below -40°C.
