SARA-G340-01S Overview
We are using Surface Mount as the RF Transceiver' mounting method.There is an optimized performance in this RF Transceiver module because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package.Transceivers should be operated at -40°C~85°C temperature while operating.In order to operate high power RF Transceiver, 96 pins are required.A RF Transceiver Module, it is a member of the SARA-G3 family.It is possible for the RF Transceiver to supply voltages of 3.8V.A 850MHz 900MHz 1.8GHz 1.9GHz frequency is used by the RF Transceiver Module.
